Surgery tomorrow to repair the 5 breaks in his leg, including fixing where the bones sheared off completely right above his ankle. That boy is going to have enough silverware to set off the detectors at the airport. Doesn't look like they are going to have to operate to fix the orbital socket breaks - they have set well enough.
They will keep him in the coma for another week or so to allow his torn trachea (and leg) to heal up some more - they did a real good job stealing some rib cartilage for the repair from under his arm instead of having to crack his chest.
Now, if the rest of my day would just get easier...
