Coming to Grips with a Loss

"The end of a relationship—particularly after many years—can be equally devastating. The grieving of divorce can be just as intense as mourning a death. Indeed, the survivors must deal with the fact that their spouse chose an end to the relationship rather than being torn away by death. Since both partners outlived the marriage and their years together, mourning may actually be harder to end."

Despite being in a new relationship that is making me very happy I still have some days where I mourn my past marriage... I found last weekend that doing a bonfire of random junk that is still in your space that belonged to him REALLY helps get rid of some of that....
