Okay, maybe that feels better.
My physical therapist is giving me harder exercises. The new one is to sit on my big ball, roll out until I'm bridging with my knees bent at a 90 degree angle holding me up at one end and only my head and neck supported on the ball. *Then* I take my giant rubber band thing, hold my hands out in front of (above, since I'm lying down sort of) me shoulder width apart on the band, and open my arms to full wingspan, stretching the TheraBand. 15 times. Slowly. Without falling over.
