My phone # is XXX-XXX-XXXX. I would LOVE to talk to you...or I would love to TALK to you...hmm...I would love to talk to YOU. It all works. Email is probably the hardest way to get to know someone. I'm available before X or after Xpm local time. I have classes between X:30 and X:30. We usually stay up till midnight. We are only 1 hour different, right?

Any idea when you might call? If I don't know when to expect your call, every time the phone rings my heart will start racing and I'll sprint for the phone..Ooo, Ooo Maybe that's her.. Ooo, Ooo Maybe that's her.. The Pavlovian C****** effect. Someone will ring the doorbell and I'll sprint for the phone. A car alarm goes off down the street and I'll sprint for the phone. Oh, I make myself laugh.

Ooo, Ooo, Oooo,

I think it was fortunate that I didn't have the time the past couple of weeks to do my usual, reserved email thang *nod* A good thing. This really made me smile when I got it.

I remember feeling exactly this way the past couple of years. Silly as it was, I'd stare at the phone trying to *will* it to ring at the appointed time. Hoping. I never did explain the 'Can't-talk-to-you-now-gotta-go-love-you-bye' thing to my Mom when she was not the person I wanted to be on the other end of the phone.

So now it's waaaaayyyy past my bedtime, but I was having such a great conversation I didn't even realize what time it was. A luxury *smile* After the third time of saying 'Really, it's late and we should go' it was amusing.
