Civilization (Travelogue part 123)
This morning I was treated to someone bringing me a freshly made, exquisitely flakey and buttery croissant with belgian bitter sweet chocolate filling, and a glass of hot tea with whole milk. Followed by a long soak in a tub that is almost too big for me full to the brim with bubbles.

Ahhhhhh... Civilization is goodness *smile*

Yesterday was the anniversary of Napoleon at Waterloo in 1815. We are going to drop by on our way to Duren, Germany for a few days. Should be amusing - pictures will ensue.

Mmm... While the money is cute with all the colors, I never quite take it as seriously as US money. US Money is *green*, which is the color of money.

Monopoly money is pretty colored.

As to blasting around Europe, I have to do that with the brother. He's similar to me in terms of wanderlust, and both of us know how to travel *very* light.
