95 degrees and sunny. 3 miles in 50 minutes, half of it uphill. Remember sunscreen next time. Hat works well. Need to pay attention to how much heat & exercise suppresses appetite - no breakfast, still not hungry. Should be able to drop that 5 lbs by the end of next week if we do this every day at lunch.
